Our Producers operate under a peer review system. A number of our members are qualified professionals working in the horticulture industry in our state. All produce is guaranteed to have been grown under sound organic/biodynamic production regimes.

The farm of Brad & Ros is set on the northern slopes of Mother Cummings peak, a mountain of The Great Western Tiers . The farm produces beef, fruit and vegetables. Beef, apples, plums, garlic and firewood are the primary commercial focus.

Dale Brook Organics is a berry farm at the base of the Great Western Tiers. Tim Doyle, is a commercial producer of vegetables, berries and berry products. Herbglade is situated in a high mountain valley in the Great Western Tiers. Rod Le Lievre, qualified tradesman (dip. hort.) is a professional consultant and farm manager in the horticulture industry. Herb Glade is a subsistence orientated farm producing vegetables, herbs and herbal products for the local community. The farm incorporates domestic fowl and dairy production.

The Hofmann's farm has been cultured bio-dynamically for over 20yrs. Although semi-retired, Adolf continues with the commercial production of beef, venison and potatoes.
